These are the services we offer to protect your jewelry:

1. Wear the right size, always

 

We know that throughout life there can be changes and for our jewelry we offer the following services:

– Ring resizing up to 3 sizes from the original measurement. (Excluding rings with diamonds all around the band, e.g. eternity rings)

– In the case of necklaces and bracelets with chains we can shorten them (at no cost) or lengthen them by calculating the additional cost of the chain.

2. Make it shine like the first day

 

We offer you an annual professional cleaning and polishing service to make your jewelry sparkle again.

This service is offered in our Florence Atelier.

3. Get the complete check-up

 

Has your jewelry taken a hit or do you have the impression that something happened that could compromise its structure? 

The guarantee includes a professional inspection by Fabio to verify the integrity of the jewelry and in case there are stones we’ll check their setting.

Should any special work be necessary, it will be previously quoted and agreed upon with you.

4. Repair of jewelry craftsmanship defects

 

Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted in our Florence Atelier and it can happen that, as in every artisanal creation, there are defects.

We always hope this doesn’t happen but if it should, don’t worry!

Even in this case our guarantee includes jewelry repair should there be imperfections not caused by wear or improper use of the jewelry.

Other useful information about our lifetime guarantee:

– The warranty applies to the original owner and to jewelry made by Fàbera only.
– We recommend annual maintenance to keep your piece in perfect condition.
– If a defect falls outside the warranty, we’ll let you know and agree on the best solution before proceeding.
– Normal wear, stone loss from improper use and accidental damage are not covered. If a stone feels loose, send us the piece for inspection.
– Any work carried out by a third-party jeweller will void the warranty.


In summary:
Covered: craftsmanship defects, annual maintenance (cleaning, polishing, rhodium plating, inspection), ring resizing up to 3 sizes (eternity rings excluded).
Not covered: theft or loss, third-party modifications (void the warranty), accidental damage or abnormal wear.

Don’t worry, we’ve thought about this too!

If the ring size is wrong after purchase, the first round-trip shipping is included. For any other service – inspection, cleaning, subsequent resizing – shipping is €25 each way, organised by us, insured and tracked.

We’ll provide everything you need to prepare the package.
