Each piece of jewelry is shipped with its premium box with rigid case, protective packaging and certificates. The packaging is discreet (no reference to jewelry on the outside) and completely recyclable, in line with our sustainability values.

Shipping is free in Italy and EU countries. For non-EU countries there is an additional cost that will be agreed upon at the time of jewelry purchase. Any shipments for returns, exchanges and jewelry modifications will be at the customer's expense.

Certainly! Once the package is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email directly from DHL containing the shipment tracking number. You will also be able to reschedule the shipment yourself if necessary. We will take care to monitor the shipment until you confirm that it has arrived in your hands!

We accept all major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, bank transfer and interest-free installment payment up to 12 months always with PayPal. All payments are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and processed by PCI-DSS certified gateways.

Conscious consumption means being 100% sure of what you are purchasing. Otherwise, you have 10 days to return your order from when you receive it. Please note that: - we cannot accept returns on custom jewelry, - some jewelry from Fàbera collections are not returnable or refundable. We always recommend checking our return policy on each product page to know if your jewelry can be returned.

As long as jewelry from Fàbera collections (not custom jewelry or those excluded from the return policy) are returned to us in their original condition, we will refund the full amount minus the return shipping cost, which is €25.

Send us an email at hello@fabera.it with the order number and reason for return and we will send you a shipping label to place on the package. Please pack your jewelry in the original packaging, making sure it is well sealed and that the jewelry is protected from any movements that could cause damage during transport.

Once we receive and process your return, we will contact you to inform you that your refund is on its way. It may take up to 5-10 business days to process it. Please note that the return shipping cost of the jewelry to our Atelier will be deducted from the refund for a total of €25.

We can make a jewelry exchange provided that you are willing to cover the round-trip shipping costs of the jewelry (€50) and the price difference of the jewelry, if necessary. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges for custom jewelry.

Every Fàbera piece of jewelry is covered by a Lifetime Guarantee that includes: – Ring resizing up to 3 sizes from the original size. (Excluding rings with diamonds all around the band, e.g. eternity rings). – In the case of necklaces and bracelets with chain we can shorten them (free of charge) or lengthen them calculating the additional cost of the chain. – An annual professional cleaning and polishing service to make your jewelry shine again. – A professional inspection by Fabio to verify the integrity of the jewelry. – Repair of the jewelry in case there are imperfections not caused by wear or improper use of the jewelry. Absolutely yes. All our lab grown diamonds are accompanied by the IGI (International Gemological Institute) paper certificate, the international body that certifies the most precious stones, including lab grown diamonds. We provide this certificate for diamonds from 0.30 carats and up. In addition, our Atelier is the only one in Italy to be accredited SCS-007 Certified Sustainability Rated Diamonds Retailer. This is the first comprehensive sustainability standard developed for the diamond sector and indicates, for example, the amount of renewable energy that was used to create the diamond. For diamonds from 0.50 carats and up we can provide this additional certificate.

Yes, we exclusively use Fairmined certified 18k gold and lab grown diamonds with IGI authenticity certificate and sustainability guaranteeing 100% ethical supply chain. Lab grown diamonds are conflict-free by definition and it is possible to completely reconstruct their creation supply chain.

Don't worry! In the final purchase phases you have the option to select "I don't know the size" and before starting the creation of the ring, we will send you the ring sizer or ring mandrel by mail and help you understand what the correct size is.

Even in this case, no problem! The first shipment to our Atelier, resizing up to 3 sizes larger or smaller and the return to you is at our expense. We know it's not easy to identify the correct size! We support you before, during and after the purchase experience – we are here for you!

Our earrings have a universal "butterfly" closure system suitable for all types of earlobes. Upon request, we customize the type of closure with quotation based on the specific request.
