Returns policy
Delivery of goods and acceptance
FÀBERA indicates the availability of products and their delivery times; however, this information should be considered purely indicative and not binding for the seller.
Once payment receipt is confirmed and jewelry production is completed, where the purchase concerns products that must be custom-made or commissioned by the customer, delivery is usually executed within the following terms:
- 2/3 days (working days) if the destination address is in Italy, San Marino and Vatican City, and it is free;
- 5/7 days (working days) if the destination address is in one of the following countries: Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, and it is free;
- 5/10 days (working days) if the destination address is in foreign countries (outside the European Union): United Kingdom (Great Britain), United States, Canada.
For foreign countries outside the European Union, any customs duties and any other sales taxes will be borne by the buyer.
FÀBERA undertakes to respect the indicated delivery times and that, in any case, delivery will occur within 30 (thirty) working days, as expressly provided by the Consumer Code.
The buyer will be able to verify the status of their shipment by tracking it online through the tracking number provided in the purchase confirmation email and therefore on the indicated carrier’s website.
Any responsibility on the seller’s part is excluded in case of non-execution of the order, due to possible unavailability, even temporary, of the purchased product. The seller makes themselves available to source equal or superior quality materials, provided that the price remains unchanged compared to the agreed one; in this case they will provide written communication to the buyer and should they request it, the seller will proceed with the refund of any sums already paid for the product payment.
Should the internal packaging of ordered products arrive at destination visibly damaged, the buyer is invited to refuse delivery from the carrier/shipper or to accept delivery “with reservation”.
Shipping costs, duties and taxes
The price of products, as indicated in the sales conditions, is that indicated on the fabera.it website at the time the order is placed by the buyer. Prices include standard packaging costs, VAT (where applicable).
Delivery shipping costs to the customer will be borne by the seller for shipments delivered by courier in Italy, Republic of San Marino, Vatican City or for shipments delivered to Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary.
For shipments to foreign countries (outside the European Union): United Kingdom (Great Britain), United States, Canada, shipping must be agreed with the seller.
For foreign countries outside the European Union, any customs duties and any other sales taxes will be borne by the buyer. The buyer’s lack of knowledge of the above costs, charges, duties, taxes and/or duties at the time of sending an order to the seller, cannot constitute grounds for contract termination and cannot in any way constitute a source of charging the aforementioned charges to the seller.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer is granted the right to withdraw from the contract concluded under these general sales conditions, without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from delivery of the product or, in case of purchase of multiple products delivered separately with a single order, from when the last product was delivered, and the costs of returning the goods will be borne by the consumer.
CASES IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED
PURSUANT TO ART. 59 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 206/2005 (SO-CALLED CONSUMER CODE) AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS, THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED in cases where the sold good has been made “to measure” or “customized” based on the final customer’s choices (by way of example and not exhaustively: engraving corresponds to customization, the size of a ring also corresponds to customization).
How to return a product
You can send a return request to customer service, within 14 DAYS from receiving the product, exclusively to the email address customercare@fabera.it .
The request must reach us necessarily attaching to the email:
- return request;
- photos of the product;
- photos of the packaging.
Wait for the confirmation email before proceeding with the withdrawal. The email will indicate instructions for proceeding with the product return, to be sent within and no later than the following 14 days to:

The risks and direct costs of product returns will be borne by the consumer, unless the product is being returned because it arrived damaged. Only in this last case (damaged product) will the costs be borne by FÀBERA, and subject to any subsequent verification regarding the causes of damage suffered by the product.

The risks and direct costs of product returns will be borne by the consumer, unless the product is being returned because it arrived damaged. Only in this last case (damaged product) will the costs be borne by FÀBERA, and subject to any subsequent verification regarding the causes of damage suffered by the product.
Should returned goods appear worn, damaged (for example with signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, etc.), incomplete of all their elements (including labels and any other annexed element), original packaging and wrapping and warranty certificate, where present, FÀBERA reserves the right not to proceed with the refund. FÀBERA will be forced to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or returns of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
Will I be refunded for shipping costs?

FÀBERA will refund ONLY the price of goods purchased on the site.
FÀBERA will proceed to make the refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment it is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract, subject to the right to withhold the refund until receipt of the returned goods and prior verification of the same. Said refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase by the consumer, unless the consumer requests refund by different means of credit.
