If you already have size references, to find the correct correspondence take a look at our size chart which can be found on every page of the website containing a ring. Still not sure about the size? You can still order it! Just select the "Order a free ring sizer or mandrel" option on the page of the ring you have selected and we will send you the ring sizer or ring mandrel by mail so you can measure your finger or ring and get the exact size. Once you have determined the correct size, send us the information via email and we will make sure to create your ring in the perfect size you have selected! Alternatively, you can visit our Atelier in Florence, and we will take the ring measurement together.

Yes, almost all rings we make can be resized (except for a few exceptions like eternity rings or bands with diamonds set all around that require remaking if the size is wrong) and will be entitled to three free resizings during your lifetime. All this is part of our lifetime care package.

Rings can be resized up to three sizes larger or smaller. Adjustments above or below three sizes require more time and work and the ring may need to be remade.

Yes! You can find the length of all our necklaces and bracelets on the product page. We can customize the length according to your needs: simply send us an email with what you want before placing your order.
