Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policy

Fàbera Jewelry is a contemporary jewellery brand built around care: design, craftsmanship and responsibility. For us, care also means how we work with people and how we build respectful relationships with our community, collaborators, suppliers and partners.
This page outlines Fàbera Jewelry’s approach to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), as well as our minimum standards on human rights, child labour and responsible sourcing. It is written for both customers choosing our jewellery and organisations interested in partnering with us.

What DEI means

DEI stands for:

Diversity: recognising and valuing people’s differences.

Equity: ensuring fairness and equal opportunities.

Inclusion: creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected and heard.

In practice, this means there is no place for discrimination, exclusion or offensive behaviour in anything connected to Fàbera Jewelry.

Fàbera Jewelry’s DEI statement

Fàbera Jewelry is committed to treating everyone with dignity and respect, without discrimination based on: gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, disability, background, or any other personal characteristic.

This commitment applies to:

  • customers and our community

  • team members and collaborators

  • suppliers and partners

  • anyone interacting with Fàbera Jewelry.

Our policy (in short)

Fàbera is currently led by two people, Fabio and Chiara and we work with a trusted network of external artisans, suppliers and professional collaborators. Even as a small team, we believe an inclusive and fair environment must be built from day one.

Our DEI policy is based on:

– Zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment of any kind (verbal, physical or digital).

– Fair collaboration and supplier relationships based on skills, quality and integrity — not bias.

– Respectful, inclusive communication, avoiding stereotypes.

– Continuous learning and improvement, as we grow as a brand and as people.

As an independent brand, we work only with trusted partners and suppliers and we expect all collaborators to comply with applicable labour laws and ethical standards. We prioritise responsible sourcing and transparency across our supply chain, including Fairmined gold and lab-grown diamonds rated under the SCS-007 Sustainability Rated Diamonds standard.

If we become aware of any breach of these standards within our operations or supply chain, we will take immediate action, including ending the relationship with the supplier.
